Founded on the belief that talent is universal — opportunity should be too.
Empower Education Collective was created to close persistent opportunity gaps in historically underserved communities. We support whole-child development and help students build confidence through hands-on, evidence-based learning experiences.
Too many children grow up in communities where educational resources depend on zip code. Where a summer without enrichment means falling behind. Where a lack of a mentor can mean a life-changing opportunity never surfaces.
EEC was founded to change that. We began with a single summer camp — Camp Brainwave — and a simple promise: no matter a family's income, their child would have access to the same high-quality, joyful, hands-on learning experiences as any child in any zip code.
Today we run year-round programming spanning STEM, literacy, family engagement, and youth leadership — anchored in evidence-based practice and delivered in partnership with schools, community organizations, and volunteers.

Empowering children through education, innovation, mentorship, and opportunity.
